15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our products, or our marketing practices shall first be addressed by contacting us at support@dermalignskincare.com with a written description of the dispute, your order number, and your requested relief. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of receiving your notice.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Louisiana and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dermalign, its officers, directors, agents, contractors, suppliers, and employees from and against any and all claims, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs of any kind, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or resulting from: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your breach of any representations or warranties in this Agreement; or (3) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

In the event that we terminate this Agreement, Sections 4–5, 11–12, as well as any representations, warranties, and other obligations made or taken by you, shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Dermalign and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements.
