Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns under any circumstances. All sales are final. The only path to a refund is through our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee outlined below.

Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We believe in our Micro-Infusion System — and we're committed to giving it a real chance to work for you. Skin remodeling and collagen production are biological processes that take time. Real, visible results require consistent use over multiple sessions. That's not a disclaimer — that's how skin science works.

That's why our guarantee is built around genuine commitment, not a casual try. If you use the system consistently as directed over the full 90 days and don't see any improvement in the appearance of your skin, we will refund your purchase in full.

To Qualify for a Refund

All of the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have used the product consistently as directed for the full 90-day period.
  • You must submit monthly before-and-after photos documenting your skin throughout the treatment period. Photos must clearly show the treated area and be taken in consistent lighting.
  • Refunds apply to first-time orders only. Repeat orders are not eligible under this guarantee. This is in place to avoid misuse of our terms.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided.

Why We Require Documentation

We ask for monthly photos because results from micro-infusion and collagen induction therapy take time — typically up to 12 weeks of consistent use. The photo requirement isn't a barrier. It's how we confirm the product was given a genuine opportunity to work. It also allows our team to review your experience and ensure you've been using the device correctly, which is the most common reason results are delayed.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, email us at support@dermalignskincare.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Your monthly before-and-after photos
  • A brief description of how you used the product

Our team will review your submission and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@dermalignskincare.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, or before the order has shipped, whichever comes first. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. Please email support@dermalignskincare.com immediately if you need to cancel.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Dermalign is not liable for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders affected by an incorrect shipping address.
