Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Most orders arrive within 8–15 days of your order being placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, this is typically due to a courier delay and your order will still arrive within the estimated window. If your order exceeds the delivery window, contact us and we will look into it immediately.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@dermalignskincare.com with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.

A Note on Our Packaging

As Dermalign continues to grow, we are transitioning into updated branding and packaging. During this period, you may receive either our original or newly updated packaging. Please note that the product itself — including the vial formula, 1mm sterile roller head, and ingredients — remains exactly the same. Thank you for your understanding as we continue refining the Dermalign experience.
